VenueReviews: Another Wedding at The Channings by Gillian on March 8, 2012 Sorry for the delay in sending you this, but Duncan and I would just like to say a massive thank you to everyone at channings for making our wedding such a wonderful day. I'd like to say a personal thank you to a few people, but the rest of your staff also deserve praise for helping the day run smoothly. Yourself for arranging everything so well, and handling all the arrangements with the wedding license. Liz Allen did the ceremony and she was really lovely. Scott was an absolute star with the bridal party and all of our guests commented on how friendly and helpful he was. Alison made sure all the arrangements for the day went to plan and made me feel at ease leaving the running to her. I'm a bit of a control freak so thats a big compliment from me Can I also say the quality of the food was excellent, the problem was the portions were too big for me to be able to eat everything without bursting out of my wedding dress :-) A Channings Hotel Wedding Edinburgh by Hamilton & Wynne on March 8, 2012 Uttam, we had a wonderful day on Friday, we can’t thank you and the staff enough! The staff were impeccable at service and seeing to every detail, ensuring both Greg and I as well as our families had the best day we could hope for. Greg and I will be available to pop by on Saturday around 12.00pm, if you are not around, we are happy to collect it from the reception area, with regards to the wedding cake, please don’t worry about it, it will be ready for the bin by the weekend, so please just dispose of it as you see fit. Uttam, you should all be very proud of the service you deliver at the hotel, the team are wonderful and a credit to the company, we look forward to returning to your hotel for happy occasions in the future.
