About Us:Meetings and Conferences in Dundee Both conferences and seminars are well catered for using our Main Hall and our Ustinov Room. There are large foyers upstairs and down which are ideal for circulation, coffee breaks, reception of guests and meals. The Ustinov Room upstairs makes a delightful area for a formal dinner, or standing or seated lunches and is one of the most attractive rooms in Tayside. Equipment Both of the foyers can also be used for exhibiting materials of interest to the group. Around the walls of the Exhibition foyer downstairs are power sockets at regular intervals which are ideal for providing power to display stands. Audio Visual equipment can be provided on request. Access to WIFI available on request. Catering Adjacent to the Ustinov Room is a Food Prep Area with a lift to the downstairs kitchen for ease of food service. The University has a choice of two catering companies that can provide for your event. We also have additional contacts of caterers who have shown a good service, quotes supplied on request.
